When you use Sizlio, we collect information you provide directly (restaurant name, contact details, staff accounts) and operational data generated through use of the platform (orders, inventory transactions, sales records).
2. How we use your data
- To operate and improve the Counter, Kitchen, Waiter, Rider, QR Ordering, and Inventory modules
- To generate your sales dashboards, shift reports, and stock alerts
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests
- To keep your data synced securely across devices
3. Data storage & security
Your data is stored on secured servers with encryption in transit. Offline orders are stored locally on your device until sync and are protected by the same access controls as your account.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your restaurant's data. Information is shared only with service providers necessary to run the platform (e.g. hosting, SMS/notification delivery) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request account deletion at any time by contacting sales@sizlio.com.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account owners in advance.
